Aerial Photos of the Village

The following photos are not directly related to the Church, but they are interesting views of the village none the less. We are indebted to Messrs J Murray and H Haddow for them.

The view below is of Pathhead looking East along the Mansfield Road and the Railway. Gatehead farm can be seen at the top with the railway station at the bottom.

This is looking across Cairnhill Housing Scheme to the South West. It centres on Ashmark Avenue with West Park farm and the cemetery in the background.

This one centres on Redree Place.

This one still centres on Redree Place but from higher up. Cairnhill Primary School and the Baptist Church can be seen to the top left with the vacant site of St. Margaret's R.C.Primary and the Gospel Hall of the Brethern at the bottom right.

This is looking East along the A 76 with Mason Avenue, Greenhead Road and Lime Road leading off to the right.
